How does Moose Swimwear fit?

Like something actually made for your body — not the one you had at 25. Moose Swimwear has inbuilt adjustable shapewear that holds your middle gently and you can choose your support level based on either how you are feeling or how much support you are wanting. It has a tie-front you can adjust to exactly the coverage you want, and ruched panels that smooth everything out without that awful squeezing feeling. Most of our customers tell us they forgot they were wearing a swimsuit. That's the goal.

What if I’m between sizes?

Size up. We know that's not always easy to hear, but Moose Swimwear is designed to support and hold — a little extra room feels so much better than too snug.

Does it feel tight or restrictive?

We hear this one a lot — and we get it. You've probably tried "shaping" swimwear before that just squeezed you into discomfort and did nothing for your confidence. Moose Swimwear is different. The inbuilt shapewear holds you gently — think of it as a supportive hug, not a vice. The fabric stretches with you, so whether you're swimming laps, chasing kids around a pool, or just sitting on a boat actually relaxing for once — you won't be thinking about your swimsuit.

How do the three corset support levels actually feel?

Level 1 (loosest) feels like a gentle hug — you're aware of the support but it moves freely with you. Perfect for a relaxed day at the beach or pool. Level 2 is our most popular — a firm, comfortable hold that smooths and shapes without restricting your breathing or movement. Level 3 (tightest) gives you maximum sculpting and definition — ideal if you want a more dramatic silhouette. All three levels are comfortable enough to wear all day. If you're unsure, start at Level 2 and adjust from there.

What materials are used?

Moose Swimwear is made from a high-quality polyester-spandex blend — smooth, matte, and built to hold its shape. It's the kind of fabric that looks polished but feels like nothing. The inbuilt shapewear panel is a soft mesh that sits close to your body, moves with you, and stays completely invisible from the outside. Nobody knows it's there but you.

Is the fabric breathable?

Yes — and thank goodness, because Australian summers are no joke. The fabric is lightweight and quick-drying, so you'll be comfortable in it all day whether you're in the water or out of it. No sticky, suffocating feeling. Just cool, easy, done.

How should I care for my swimwear?

Give it a rinse in cold fresh water after every wear — salt, chlorine, and sunscreen are the enemies of good swimwear. Hand wash gently with a mild detergent and lay it flat to dry in the shade. Avoid wringing it, bunging it in the machine, or leaving it in direct sun to dry. Treat it kindly and it'll look after you right back.

Will it hold its shape over time?

Yes — and this is something we're really proud of. The fabric is designed to resist chlorine and saltwater far better than standard swimwear. Rinse it after every swim, keep it out of the dryer, and your Moose Swimwear will still be looking and feeling great when next summer rolls around. Because you shouldn't have to replace your swimsuit every season.

Where do you ship from?

Right here in Australia. Every order is packed and shipped locally, so you're supporting an Australian brand — and your parcel isn't spending six weeks on a container ship from overseas.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within Australia takes 7-10 business days depending on where you are. If you are outside of Australia, shipping will take longer. If you need it sooner — say, a holiday is coming up fast — express options are available at checkout. Because summer doesn't wait, and neither should you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to select international destinations. Just enter your address at checkout and shipping costs and timeframes will be calculated automatically. If your country isn't showing up, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.

Can I track my order?

Yes — you'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order is on its way. If the estimated delivery window has passed and nothing's arrived, email us at [hello@moose-swimwear.com] and we'll get onto it straight away.

returns & refunds

What if my order arrives and it isn't the right fit?

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery — because we want you to feel completely comfortable ordering, especially if this is your first time buying with us.

Try it at home, in your own bathroom, with your own lighting. If it is not right, we will sort it. Items just need to be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still on.

How do I start a return?

Head to [moose-swimwear.com/returns] — it takes less than two minutes. Once your return is approved you'll get a prepaid label sent to your inbox. That's it. No hoops, no hassle.

Are sale items eligible for return?

Sale items are final sale, so they aren't eligible for return or exchange — unless something arrives faulty or we've sent the wrong item, in which case we'll always make it right. If you're eyeing something in the sale but aren't sure on size, please reach out before you buy — we'd rather help you get it right the first time than have you stuck with the wrong fit.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return and give it a quick check, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. You'll get a confirmation email when it's done. If it hasn't landed after 7 business days, check with your bank first — sometimes they're slow to show it. If you're still not seeing it after that, reach out and we'll sort it out for you straight away.
